Welcome to S*Windjammer's cattery
I have five abyssinians: a neutered sorrel (red) female, a ruddy
neutered male, a ruddy neutered female, a blue female, and a fawn
female from Denmark.
Since the summer of 2001 I have somalis too. A dream come through!
A ruddy female, her ruddy son and ruddy daughter, both are neutered,
and a ruddy grandson and his ruddy sister.

Earlier I had russian blue-cats. It started with a male in 1988,
and later he got company with his halfbrother. They got neutered.
I wanted to have kittens and bought a female. From her second litter
I kept a daughter. I haven't any russians any longer, but you can
read about them at "I minne", in memory (also just in
swedish).
Every cat has their own part with pedigree (stamtavla), showresults
(utst.resultat) and photos (bilder).
 Who
am I?
My name is Katarina Wolffram and I have had cats since 1988. I
live in Borlänge i the middle of Sweden.
Earlier I was secretary of the board of SVERAK (the swedish FIFe-organisation)
and I have worked a lot in local catclubs. I have also been editor
of the swedish aby & somaliclub for two years.
For the moment I'm president of a catclub in Sweden (connected
to SVERAK/FIFe) with abyssinians and somalis in focus. The namn
is "AbSolut Kattklubb", AbSolutely Catclub in english.
:-) I am also a member of FIFe ABY-Breed Council.
I usually work as a steward at catshows. And I'm going to a lot
of catshows. :-)
The
catteryname
Most of all I wanted to have "Jamas" as my catteryname,
because that's my first russian blue female's nickname. But that
name was already occupied.
S*Windjammer's got registered in SVERAK and FIFe in 1991.
Why this name? Well, I wanted something beginning with a W (as
my lastnamne) and looked in a dictionary of american slang. Windjammer
in the meaning of talking a lot, can describe me in a good way ...
:-)
Even my kittens have names inspired from this dictionary.
